This page explains what happens to a conversation once a company connects QuietSell to its WhatsApp. Written in plain language on purpose: it should be understood, not endured.
The company you're writing to owns the data. These are its customers, its conversations, and it decides why and how long to keep them.
QuietSell is the processor. We handle data only on that company's instructions and only to make the system answer enquiries. We don't sell data, don't pass it to third parties and don't use it for advertising.
On servers in the Netherlands — a European Union country covered by the GDPR, one of the strictest data protection standards in the world.
Separately: WhatsApp conversations pass through Meta's servers in any case — that's a condition of using the messenger, which you accepted when installing it.
Because the servers are in the European Union, data crosses the border of the country you're in.
By continuing the conversation after the notice in chat, you consent to the processing and transfer described here.
Бо идомаи сӯҳбат пас аз огоҳинома, шумо ба коркард ва интиқоли маълумоти худ мувофиқа мекунед.
For as long as the company uses the service. After it stops, the company's data is deleted within 30 days, unless the law requires otherwise.
The simplest way is to write it in the same chat — both the company and we will see it. We reply within 30 days.
Some messages are prepared by software, some are written by the company's staff. You can ask to be connected to a person at any point, and that request is honoured.
